All content, tools, frameworks, methodologies, and materials provided by GamblinConsults are proprietary and owned by GamblinConsults unless otherwise stated. 4. Services and Engagements
All consulting services are governed by separate agreements that define: scope of work, deliverables, fees, and timelines. These Terms do not replace signed agreements.

Fees are defined in written agreements or proposals. Payments must be made according to agreed terms. Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.

6. Confidentiality:
We respect the confidentiality of our clients. Sensitive information shared during engagements will be handled appropriately. Additional confidentiality terms may be outlined in contracts.

Our services are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or performance improvements. Clients are responsible for implementation and decision-making.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GamblinConsults shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or opportunities. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
