Khadyjah Thomas, M.A., is a dynamic capacity builder, educator, and curriculum designer with more than a decade of experience equipping institutions and communities with tools that transform organizations. Khadyjah’s experience uniquely positions her to design learning models and inclusive strategies that are as innovative as they are effective.

At GamblinConsults, Khadyjah specializes in curriculum development for training and tool creation and design for our clients. She is widely recognized for her ability to improve learning outcomes and transform the way leaders and engage with their communities and stakeholders to achieve long-lasting transformation.

Khadyjah plays a pivotal role in advancing client success across a wide range of projects. She provides technical assistance and applied research while strengthening GamblinConsults’ learning models so that clients—from city governments to community-based organizations—can understand and also apply transformative concepts in sustainable ways to achieve effective results. Her contributions have been central to helping clients in policies, practices, and organizational culture.

Khadyjah holds two masters in curriculum and instruction, and science and marketing from the Western Governor’s University; a teaching credential from Nevada Teacher Corporation; and a bachelor in business administration from the University ofCalifornia, Riverside.
